Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

2. Account Registration

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to VibeChart. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to generate charts for you.
You may use the charts you generate for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise specified.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our code or algorithms.
Upload or transmit malware, spam, or malicious files.
Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the platform.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Service.
5. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
Certain features are only available through paid plans. Subscription pricing and details are available on our Pricing Page.
By subscribing, you authorize VibeChart to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.
Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Generated charts will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
The Service will be uninterrupted or fully secure.
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or if we believe your use harms other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately, but your uploaded data and generated charts may be retained for legal or backup purposes.
